Partner Training (50 - 80 minutes)
Do you have someone you'd like to exercise with who is on the same schedule as you? A friend or significant other you would like to align with in your commitment to fitness? Accountability and intensity can often be amplified with a training partner. Let's keep this goal-oriented and get you the results you desire! All of the benefits of Personal Training tailored for two!
Group Exercise (50 - 80 minutes)
Do you have 3 or more people you would like to exercise with who are on the same schedule as you? If not, then we can organize a group for you! We can increase or decrease intensity in order to accommodate your fitness level and have fun doing it!
Remote Personal Training (50 - 80 minutes)
Are you long-distance from the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex? Maybe you just don't feel it's necessary to meet face to face? Do you have access to the internet and/or a telephone? Let's instill confidence in your fitness program! We'll make certain you gain a practical plan to get to your fitness goals!
