Personal Training (25 - 80 minutes)

Are you new to exercise? Are you experienced and ready to accelerate your results? Do you want to learn how to best prevent injuries and plateaus? Let's focus upon your fitness wants and needs with a comprehensive plan for success! Regular assessments and nutritional guidance assure results are driven!

Partner Training (50 - 80 minutes)

Do you have someone you'd like to exercise with who is on the same schedule as you? A friend or significant other you would like to align with in your commitment to fitness? Accountability and intensity can often be amplified with a training partner. Let's keep this goal-oriented and get you the results you desire! All of the benefits of Personal Training tailored for two!

Group Exercise (50 - 80 minutes)

Do you have 3 or more people you would like to exercise with who are on the same schedule as you? If not, then we can organize a group for you! We can increase or decrease intensity in order to accommodate your fitness level and have fun doing it!

Remote Personal Training (50 - 80 minutes)

Are you long-distance from the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex? Maybe you just don't feel it's necessary to meet face to face? Do you have access to the internet and/or a telephone? Let's instill confidence in your fitness program! We'll make certain you gain a practical plan to get to your fitness goals!

Onsite Personal / Partner / Group (25 - 80 minutes)

It's pretty easy to find food delivery options these days. Here's a fitness delivery option, too! Personal, Partner, or Group Training Sessions … we'll bring practical exercise to you!
